Classroom News - Rollinsford Grade School

"Last Friday, Matt Randall, MacKenzie's dad, spoke to our class about self-discipline.  He challenged the children to always work for a 10 (on a scale of 1-10) in their work, listening skills, self-control, etc.  So, many choices we have are actually up to the individual (like facing forward in group, using neat handwriting, completing work in a timely manner, being an active listener, refraining from speaking unless called on, and so on), and this is a visual anyone can use to rate themselves immediately.  I only wish I had heard his presentation at the beginning of the school year, as we would have incorporated it in everything we do here.  Thanks, Mr. Randall!"
